 Night School Registration Form - use for Night School only.   Must  be completed and signed by student, parent and counselor.

 APEX Online Learning Registration Form  -  use for Credit Acceleration or Credit Retrieval (not for Night School).  All 4 pages must be completed and signed by student, parent and counselor.  Click  link below  for registration deadlines and class start dates: Enrollment Deadlines.

Note:  Some classes have a charge for tuition.  Check with your counselor or call APEX office at 360-563-3421.  Tuition must be paid at time of registration.  Sorry, there can be no refunds.

Summer School Registration Packet -   Pages 3 - 5 must be completed and signed by student, parent and counselor.  Save pages 1 & 2  for your information.  Registration fee of $180 to be included when you register.  You may take a second summer class for $150 BUT you must complete the first class before you can register for the second.  Please have counselor approval for all classes before school is out in June.
