Registration Forms (2011-2012)

Registration form - Must be completed and signed by student, parent and counselor. 

Note: Some classes have a charge for tuition. Check with your counselor. Tuition must be paid at time of registration. Sorry, there can be no refunds.

• Credit acceleration, taking a class for the first time, is $325 per 1 semester of credit

• Credit retrieval, make-up of a failed class, is $180 per semester (for a time frame of 12 weeks or for summer school)

• A second credit retrieval class, within the same semester, is $150

• An extension, needed in order to finish a class beyond designated time frame, is $150

• No fees are charged for classes that are scheduled as part of the six period school day

• However, there are extension fees if a student goes beyond the semester, and must finish outside the six period day.
