District Employees Wishing to Increase Their FTE:
Employees wishing to increase their FTE need to apply for the specific position and go through the interview process. Please submit a letter of application, updated resume, and a letter of recommendation from your current supervisor when a position is posted. Please refer to the posting number in your letter of application.
District Employees requesting a Transfer for a Posted Position:
Employees requesting to transfer to a posted position need to apply for the specific position. Please submit a District Transfer Form and a letter of application when a position is posted. Please refer to the posting number in your letter of application. Click here for the District Transfer Form.

- Supplemental Certificated Application Forms (Applicant Disclosure Form; Affirmative Action Information Form (voluntary, optional); Professional Reference Form; and Pre-Employment Character Fitness Form).
Note: To complete the application process, it is necessary that you have the at least two Professional Reference Forms completed and on file in the Human Services Office. These evaluation forms are in addition to references or evaluations that might be in your placement file. The evaluation forms should be given to supervisors who are familiar with your most recent work.
