E-Fliers are updated weekly – usually on Tuesdays – during the months of August through June.
E-Fliers are also distributed every other week (August through June) through the District’s Dear Friends electronic newsletter. Click here to subscribe to our Listserv application to receive our Dear Friends communications and other District and school newsletters.
Remember that it takes time to have your materials reviewed, so plan ahead and submit your flier with plenty of time to spare!
You have two options:
o Copy of current official documentation of Washington State or U.S. non profit (501c) status (must be submitted annually)
o Electronic (pdf) copy of the information you wish to distribute.
Please plan on it taking up to ten business days. Once we receive your flier it must then be reviewed and either approved or denied by the Superintendent or a designee. We will contact you to notify you once a decision is made.
Your E-Flier will remain online until the end of the school year (June). E-Fliers are categorized by month submitted. Fliers from previous months can be found in the Flier Archives section of the Website. We may perform periodic site maintenance where the flier will be unavailable for a short period of time.
The schools will place up to 30 copies of your flier somewhere in the office or somewhere else the principal designates as the community information center.
