District Maintenance and Custodial teams maintain over 200 acres of grounds and sports fields as well as more than 1.25 million square feet of building space on 18 sites spread across our district.
Our Maintenance and Custodial teams are proud of their ability to maintain our older facilities while learning the new systems being introduced to our district with the new construction of Little Cedars Elementary, Glacier Peak High School, Parkway Alternative Programs and the on-going modernization of Snohomish High School.

Facility Usage

Small Works Roster
The Small Work Roster is a listing of Washington State licensed contractors who have applied to be placed on the roster. The Small Works Roster helps reduce the cost of bidding small projects and makes it easier for contractors to compete for Public Works projects.
