Please complete the Student Transportation Input Form located below. The information we gather is critical to our planning student bus routes and schedules for the 2012-2013 school year. One form will need to be completed for every student in your household who will attend a Snohomish School District school in the 2012-2013 school year. Hard copies of the form are also available in your student’s school office.
Filling out the form will aid us in our transportation planning for 2012-2013. It does not guarantee bus transportation for students. Most 2012-2013 student bus routes will be similar to 2011-2012 bus routes. Neighborhoods that did not have bus transportation in 2011-2012 should assume the same for the coming school year.
Note: Student bus pick-up/drop-off locations and times for the 2012-2013 school year will be posted to the district Website on June 29, 2012. Due to enrollment and scheduling changes that occur throughout summer break, please check back for any revisions to that schedule on Aug. 31, 2012, and the day before school starts on Sept. 3, 2012. Student-specific bus pick-up/drop-off locations and times are also located in Family Access accounts.
