Activities and programs in our recreation pool and competition pool include a variety of water fitness classes. Guests must be at least 14 years of age unless pre-approved by the instructor. Designed for all levels of fitness, classes include a warm up, cardiovascular set, toning, and stretching exercises.
We also offer River Walk/Jog which is a non-coached, walk/job at your own pace around the Lazy River.

Aqua-Latin Zumba
Our Aqua Latin Zumba class is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that combines fun with muscle building exercises. This class is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.

Cardio Yoga
This class is a fusion of cardio training followed by aqua yoga moves bringing you added balance, flexibility and strength.

Deep Water
This non-impact deep water class incorporates muscular strengthening for both upper and lower body, aerobics conditioning and abdominal toning exercises. In it you’ll use flotation equipment for buoyancy and water resistance. A great full body workout! Participants should be comfortable in deep water.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Get ready to run, kick, push, pull, and HIIT your way to a greater level of fitness! Woven into this class is the opportunity for fat loss, strength gains, improved agility, cardio conditioning, and fun that interval training is known to deliver. Be challenged to breathe and work harder for short periods of time. You will look and feel better as a result!

River Fit
Increase your aerobics endurance to this cardio class in the Lazy River. Set your own pace with and against the current. Training techniques, such as intervals, may be used to improve your cardio respiratory, fitness, endurance and overall strength.
Class size is limited to 15 guests. Advanced registration is recommended. Once capacity is reached, the class will be closed to drop-in registration.
Note: Water shoes are highly recommended in this class.

Shallow Fit
Our Shallow Fit class will give you a total body, shallow water workout! This class is suitable for all ages and any level of fitness. Lose fat, build endurance, build muscle, and have fun!

Water Aerobics
The Water Aerobics class offers many benefits for adults while eliminating the likelihood of injury and falling associated with vigorous workouts. This hour-long class helps with flexibility and mobility. Music and movements are combined together to create a great workout for anyone at any level of fitness.
