Increase your aerobics endurance to this cardio class in the Lazy River. Set your own pace with and against the current. Training techniques, such as intervals, may be used to improve your cardio respiratory, fitness, endurance and overall strength.
Class size is limited to 15 guests. Advanced registration is recommended. Once capacity is reached, the class will be closed to drop-in registration.
Note: Water shoes are highly recommended in this class.
