All athletes must have completed paperwork prior to being allowed to practice/tryout for any sport. Students must be present for three periods in order to participate (practices and games) in athletics for any particular day.

FinalForms is the school district's online athlete registration platform. Parents/guardians and athletes are able to see expiration dates once accounts are verified. Physicals are valid for up to 24 months.

Athletes must purchase an ASB card, pay the athletic participation fee and have current medical insurance. 

If an athlete will be picked up from a game/meet and will not be riding the bus back to Valley View Middle School you must check out with the coach at the event. If you are transporting another child, that parent/guardian must supply the coach with a note allowing you to transport their child.

Athletes must ride to an event with the team on the bus. Exceptions can only be approved by the principal or assistant principal. No bus transportation is provided back to Valley View Middle School for in-district meets/games. Students must be picked up at the event site (ie: meets/games at Snohomish High School, Glacier Peak High School, Bailey Farms, or Centennial Middle School).
