• Updated 2020-2021 Tentative Sport Season Start Dates (updated July 31, 2020)

    The WIAA Executive Board and planning committees are working under the Return-To-Activity Guidelines supported and co-authored by the National Federation of High Schools, Washington Department of Health and the Governor’s Office, as well as sport-specific guidelines set forth by WIAA committees made up of coaches, athletic directors, students, officials and local health professionals. Those guidelines can be found on the WIAA website. for high school and middle school sports.

      • WIAA Season 1: No Athletics
    • December 28, 2020
      • WIAA Season 2: Basketball, Boys Swim & Dive, Wrestling
    • February 17, 2021
      •  WIAA Season 3: Football
    • March 1, 2021
      • WIAA Season 3: Volleyball, Girls Soccer, Girls Swim & Dive, Cross Country, Boys Tennis*
    • April 26, 2021
      • WIAA Season 4: Girls Tennis, Fastpitch Softball, Track & Field, Baseball, Golf, Boys Soccer 

    *Boys Tennis being offered in season 3 is contingent on approval by WIAA. If not approved, Boys Tennis will be offered in season 4.

    Athletic Eligibility Requirements

    1. Athletes are required to complete the 2020-2021 RankOne electronic athletic forms online

    • Complete and submit both the RankOne athletic emergency and athletic dligibility forms
    • Take the 0 off the beginning of the student ID
    • Athletic eligibility form - Check only one sport per season 
    • Parent/guardian and student/athlete signatures are required
    • All students/athletes must have current medical insurance

    2. Athletes are required to have a current physical on file with the athletic office prior to tryouts/first practice. Physicals are valid for 24 months provided they do not expire during the sports season. Current Snohomish School District sports physicals must be turned in at the Snohomish High School athletic office in person to athletic staff.
