Cascade View Elementary
The school’s meet the teacher event will be held from 2-3 p.m. on Thursday, August 29. Students will be able to meet their teachers, locate their classrooms and put away their school supplies. The Cascade View PTA will be on hand to answer questions and provide information on how you can be involved at the school. 

Cathcart Elementary
Meet the Teacher will be held in classrooms on Thursday, August 29, from 2-2:30 p.m. The Cathcart parent/guardian organization will have an ice cream social and open recess on the playground from 2:30-3:30 p.m. This is a fun time for kids to connect and play!

Class assignments will be given to parents on our Cathcart Business Day on Wednesday, August 21, after parents have completed all the beginning-of-the-year paperwork including updating emergency contacts, volunteer paperwork, health records, etc. Cathcart Business Day will be held in the gym from 9-11:30 a.m. and 1-2:30 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.  

Central Emerson Elementary
Please join us for our school’s meet-the-teacher event on Thursday, August 29. Families will be divided into two sessions to help with parking.

• Students with last names beginning with A-L are invited to meet their teachers from 4-4:50 p.m.
• Students with last names starting with M-Z are invited to meet their teacher from 5:10-6 p.m.

Students are welcome to bring their school supplies, so they will be in their classroom and ready for the first day of school. Medications can be dropped off at the office. The Central Emerson Community (CEC) parent/guardian group will also be on hand with information about ways to get involved this year and provide a special treat! 

Dutch Hill Elementary
The meet-the-teacher open house will be held on Thursday, August 29:

• Last names A-L: 1:15-2 p.m.
• Last names M-Z: 2:30-3:15 p.m.

Students are welcome to bring their school supplies, so they will be in their classroom and ready for the first day of school. Dutch Hill Elementary PTA will be on hand with information about ways to get involved this year.

Little Cedars Elementary
The school’s meet the teacher event will be held on Thursday, August 29. By last name:

• A-H may visit Little Cedars from 1-1:15 p.m.
• I-P may visit Little Cedars from 1:25-1:40 p.m.
• Q-Z may visit Little Cedars from 1:45-2 p.m.

Little Cedars Elementary will also provide an opportunity for families to visit Little Cedars to see their child’s classroom and drop off supplies if they are unable to attend during the day. Little Cedars PTA will be on hand with information about ways to get involved this year!

Machias Elementary
The school’s “Meet the Teacher” event will be held on Thursday, August 29, by last name due to the size of our school.

• A-H may visit Machias from 1:25-1:55 p.m.
• Vehicle transition from 1:55-2:05 p.m.
• I-Q may visit Machias from 2:05-2:35 p.m.
• Vehicle transition from 2:35-2:45 p.m.
• R-Z may visit Machias from 2:45-3:15 p.m.

Students are welcome to bring their school supplies, so they will be in their classroom and ready for the first day of school. Machias Parent Teacher Group (PTG) will be on hand with information about ways to get involved this year.

Parent Partnership Program (PPP)
PPP will conduct student interviews from September 4-6. Classes will begin Monday through Friday, September 9-13.

Riverview Elementary
Join us! Meet Riverview teachers and staff, put lunch money in your account, drop off medication, reconnect with friends and more. Riverview Elementary will host its meet-the- teacher event on Thursday, August 29. Families will be divided into two sessions to minimize the crowded parking situation.

• Students with last names beginning with A-L are invited to meet their teachers from 1-1:45 p.m.
• Students with last names starting with M-Z are invited to meet their teacher from 2:15-3 p.m.
• Families with multiple last names may choose one of the sessions that works best.

Seattle Hill Elementary
Join us! Meet teachers and staff, bring in supplies, drop off medication, reconnect with friends and more. Seattle Hill Elementary will host its Meet the Teacher event from 2-3:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 29. Students will be able to meet their teachers, locate their classrooms, and put away their school supplies. Our  PTO will be on hand to answer questions and provide information on how you can get involved this year!

Totem Falls Elementary
Please join us for our school’s meet-the-teacher event on Thursday, August 29. Students get a chance to meet their teachers outside the building and grab a popsicle. Students and their families are invited to come at the following times:

• Grades 1-6 – 2:30-3:15 p.m. 
• Kindergarten – 6-6:30 p.m.
