  • Collection and Distribution Information

    Here are the guidelines we established, with District Direction:

    1. Please adhere to the time frames we established listed below.

    2. This is NOT when we are collecting technology (LAP TOPS or Hot Spots) from you.

    1. We are collecting: Library books, Classroom books/Book sets, textbooks, and any school materials that may have been sent home during the closure.  Mrs. Croyle will be collecting instruments from 6th graders (Those who need to turn them in.  She has already communicated this to students.)

    1. Please pull into the designated parking lot (bus zone-Upper, or Parent Pick Up-Lower) and drive around to the right, in single file. Stop against the curb, near the staff collecting your materials and/or providing the bag/envelope for your student(s).

    2. Please don’t get out of your car.

    3. Please make a quick sign with your child’s name on it, show it to staff as your drive up. We will get your supplies and either hand it to you through the window, or put it in your trunk or back seat.

    4. If you wish to gather materials for more than one of your children, please alert Denise Cleveland  Inform her of the teacher whose time slot you are using, via email, prior to the pick-up time.  We have some “extra” things planned for the 6th grade time slot so I encourage you to use that one, if you have a sixth grader, for multiple student drop off/pick up.

    5. As Soon as you receive your materials, please leave the parking lot.

    6. Our staff will have worn gloves and masks and used proper hand-washing etiquette while gathering, distributing, and collecting, materials.

    If you leave your supplies untouched for 24 hours, it helps guarantee things are clean. However, No one has been in the classrooms for at least 3 weeks.

     10:00am–11:00am, 6th and Winter 6th Grade in Upper Parking Lot

     1:00pm–2:00pm, 5th Grade and in Upper Parking Lot

     2:00pm–3:00pm, 1st Grade in Lower Parking Lot, 4/5 (Winter) and 4/5 (Koch/Taylor) in Upper Parking Lot

     3:00pm– 4:00pm, 4th Grade in Upper Parking Lot


    Tuesday, June 16th

     10:00am–11:00am, 3rd Grade in Upper Parking Lot

     2:00pm–3:00pm, 2nd Grade in Lower Parking Lot


    Wednesday, June 17th

     1:00pm-2:00pm, Kindergarten in Upper Parking Lot

  • New student enrollment and registration now available online
    The Snohomish School District has implemented a new online process to enroll and register new students to the district and incoming kindergarten students. This process is only for incoming kindergartners and new students to the district, not students transferring to another school within the district.
