The Transition Center is a program designed for special needs men/women (ages 18 – 21) to help them reach their goals. Functional academics, employability and independence are the main focus of our program. Upon graduation from the program students will leave with a solid foundation of being responsible, independent and successful adults. Our program is divided into two sessions. The first session is for students in the school district’s Life Skills Program. The second session is intended for other students in our community. This program is held during the Snohomish School District’s typical school year.

  • Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Session two
  • Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Friday, 7:30 a.m. – Noon

Criteria for enrollment

• Completed all high school requirements
• Qualify only in adaptive and/or functional eds on their IEP
• Work independently at a job site(s) with a job coach
• Working towards independence in:
