First time log in - actvating your account

• Open Internet Explorer and go to the favorites menu and click on homeroom sign in.
• When the Homeroom window opens, click on the activate new account button on the bottom right.
• Type in your Skyward/Family Access username (be sure your username is all in lowercase) and password and district email address.
• Click to agree to the terms of use.
• Click on the activate button.

If you are unable to activate your account and log in, please follow these steps

• Make sure you are able to log in to Skyward/Family Access. You must have a valid Skyward/Family Access username and password in order to access the data dashboard.
• If you are able to get into Skyward/Family Access, but are unable to log in to the data dashboard, please email support with the following information:
  • Your Skyward/Family Access username.
  • The school to which you are assigned.
  • A brief description of the problem you encountered or error message you received.

Users with activated accounts
