Can I set up the party room ahead of time for my party?

• Guests will be allowed into the party room 10 minutes prior to their scheduled room time. The party room must be cleaned up by the end of the scheduled party time. Your Splash Bash party attendant can assist you with set-up and clean-up.

Can I bring food and drinks for my party?

• We allow you to bring your own food, drinks, and cake for your party celebrations. Ready-to-eat foods, such as pizza and sandwiches are suggested. No food is provided as part of our party package. No alcohol is allowed. 

Can I bring party decorations?

• You are welcome to bring your own party materials, including decorations, tablecloths, and party favors. Decorations may be taped only. No tacking decorations on the walls or windows is permitted. Please no pinatas, glitter or confetti.   

Will I have exclusive use of the entire Recreation Pool during my party?

• No, parties are typically scheduled during the facility’s Open Recreation swim sessions. These sessions are open to the public.

What do guests need to bring and what restrictions are there for guests in the Recreation Pool facility?  

• All party guests are subject to the Snohomish Aquatic Center's general rules and policies. Please view our General Policies and Rules page before your party.

How much will my Splash Bash party cost?

• Splash Bash Pool Party package begins at $299 and includes 1 hour of the party room and 1 hour and 45 minutes of pool time for 12 guests. A maximum of an additional 12 swimmers may be added to your package at $7.50 per guest.  Additional adult guests who want to participate may pay a drop-in fee. Each party room does have a maximum occupancy of 30. 
  
• Use of the FlowRider is not part of the Splash Bash party package but we do offer a $100 add-on FlowRider package.
• All party packages are subject to Washington state sales tax. Washington state sales tax will be added to the party price at the time of booking.

What is the booking and cancelation policy for a Splash Bash party?

• Ten business days are required to book parties. Charges for additional swimmers will be collected at the time of the party. Full payment is required at the time of booking.  
  No refunds are provided for party reservations unless canceled by the Snohomish Aquatic center. Parties can be rescheduled to a different available date. 

If an incident occurs in the pool and the facility needs to be closed for an unforseen cleaning, will a refund for our party be given?

• If your party has received the majority of the allotted Open Recreational Swim time, no refunds will be given.
