Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE)/Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)
Some public universities in Washington state and other western states participate in a program where students may qualify for a reduction in out-of-state tuition. If a student wishes to apply to an out-of-state school, it is important that he or she checks to see if the school participates in this program and what the application process and deadlines are for the WUE scholarship at that school.
