Sports Sign Up Information

  • All athletes must meet the following requirements to be eligible to tryout/practice for any sport. Final clearance is determined by the Athletic Office - being compliant on Rank One does not necessarily mean you have been cleared to tryout. Please allow a minimum of one school day to process paperwork, process fees, and confirm eligibility. Contact the Athletic Office if you have questions regarding eligibility or RankOne registration.

    1. Complete the following online forms on the RankOne website

Athletic Eligibility Form - completed once a year if information does not change and the specific sport is checked.

    • Accurately complete all information requested on the form. Confirm accuracy as some browsers will auto-fill with incorrect information.
    • Clearance will be given for only those sports checked on this form. Please check no more than one sport, per season.
    • If an athlete decides to tryout for a sport not checked, an updated form will need to be submitted prior to being allowed to participate.
    • Accurately answer remaining eligibility questions (please explain any false answers in the space provided).
    • An updated form must be submitted if any information changes during the year.
    • Requires both athlete and parent/guardian signatures.

Athletic Emergency and Clearance Form - completed once a year if information does not change.

    • Accurately complete all information requested on the form. Confirm that the athlete's name is correctly entered on the form before submitting as some web browsers will autofill that box with a parent name and could delay the athlete being cleared.
    • Current medical insurance must be listed for the form to be approved.
    • An updated form must be submitted if any information changes during the year.
    • Requires parent/guardian signature.

    2. A current physical on file in the Athletic Office.

    • Physicals are valid for up to 24 months, provided they are valid for the duration of the sports season.
    • If a physical will expire during the sports season, the athlete must submit a new physical before being permitted to tryout/practice.
    • The Snohomish School District's physical form is available to print under the “Download and Print” tab on the RankOne website or download and print here.
    • Non-school district physical forms do not always meet the school's criteria and may not be approved.

All athletes must meet the following to participate in a contest and/or continue to practice after the sport's first contest.

    4. Purchase an ASB card.

    • ASB cards are available for purchase beginning at August Student Start Up and the Bookkeeping Office, thereafter.
