    We have a dedicated phone line for student/family computer/laptop support for district-issued devices.

    Before calling for help, please make sure your internet or hotpost is connected on your laptop or tablet. Try signin off of Hello ID (see arrow next to your initials) and try restaring the laptop or tablet. If bandwidth is limited, try disconnecting some other devices from your internet or hotspot.

    Students & Families - Students and families can call 360-563-3000 for live technical support from:

    • 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday
    • 7:30-11:30 a.m., Friday
