Hello, Cascade View Elementary families and community!

My name is Isabel Church, and I am excited to be welcomed back to the Cascade View Elementary community as your school counselor. I began my educational career at Cascade View Elementary as a first and second grade teacher. I have worked in education for 20-plus years, from preschool to community college. The Snohomish School District has my heart, and I’ve had the pleasure of returning on two other occasions as a counselor at Riverview Elementary and a Parent Education Program Manager.

I work in partnership with students, staff, and families. I support all students with prosocial and emotional learning lessons in each classroom. I provide small group support services and short-term, solution-focused individual counseling on an as-needed basis. I collaborate and consult with parents, staff, and the community. I support school-wide programs in collaboration with our school community. You can find me in classrooms, outside during recess, in the lunchroom, greeting students, or in my office.
