Therapeutic Health Services Integrated Cognitive Therapies Program (ICTP) is offering school-based mental health services for students at Glacier Peak High School and Snohomish High School during the 2024-2025 school year. Therapists will be able to help with identifying mental health and substance-use concerns and will work with individuals to develop an individualized plan for treatment. This may involve assisting with crisis stabilization, getting connected with community resources, and/or weekly individual counseling appointments. Therapists are trained to address both mental health and substance-use disorders and incorporate proven, evidenced-based approaches such as motivational enhancement therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and contingency management. Therapists may also facilitate psychiatric services and medication management appointments with a psychiatric practitioner if necessary.
