Water Aerobics (formerly Senior Fit)

  • The Water Aerobics class offers many benefits for adults while eliminating the likelihood of injury and falling associated with vigorous workouts. This hour-long class helps with flexibility and mobility. Music and movements are combined together to create a great workout for anyone at any level of fitness.
