Employee Assistance Program

Our employee assistance program (EAP) is complementary, confidential service available to all district staff, household members and dependents.  Services are available 24/7.

Being healthy goes beyond physical exercise and eating right. Emotional wellness, strong personal relationships and positive attitudes are critical building blocks of health. Our EAP program offers a wide variety of free services to enhance our overall well-being and to support a healthy work-life balance.

Services range from counseling, legal and financial consultation, caregiver resources, and work-life support and referral services.  Research fitness centers, pet care, home and car repair, entertainment, colleges, doctors and more!

Call 1-800-999-1077 to speak with a confidential master’s-level counselor/consultant.  The EAP consultant will work with you to identify the most appropriate resource to help meet your needs.

Counseling Services

Up to four counseling sessions are available for issues affecting employees and their dependents. You’ll be provided the contact information of several local EAP counselors for a series of no-cost counseling sessions.  EAP Counselors typically offer appointments within 3-5 business days. Urgent appointments may be scheduled within 24-48 hours.

Legal Services

A free 30-minute consultation per issue, per year is available.  After the 30-minutes and if an attorney is retained, receive a 25% discount off typical rates.  General legal information and forms can be found on www.EAPHelplink.com.

Financial Services

Contact the EAP for a free 30-minute phone consultation with a financial expert per issue, per year.  Additional information on budgeting, dept management, and getting ready for retirement is available on www.EAPHelplink.com.

Caregiver Support Services

Need help finding referrals for summer camps, childcare, after school activities to assisted living or in-home care for an older parent?  Specialists are available 24/7 to help.

Work-Life Support & Referral Services

Let the EAP team help find home or auto repair, cleaning services, pet care, travel services, entertainment, doctors, fitness centers, colleges, adoption services, gift recommendations, or volunteer opportunities.

All discussions between you and your EAP professional are 100% confidential. Information regarding your contact with the EAP cannot be released without your written consent, except by court order, imminent threat of harm to self or others, or in situations of abuse (such as child or elder abuse).
