These are just some of the many exciting topics students entering grades 1 through 9 can investigate in through the district’s summer program – the Science & Arts Academy.

Summer 2019 program details:

Dates - Runs July 8 through July 25

• Week 1: July 8-11
• Week 2: July 15-18
• Week 3: July 22-25

Sessions - Classes are held Mondays through Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Location - Held at Snohomish High School (1315 Fifth Street in Snohomish)

Cost - Register for:

• 1 – 3 classes: $130/class
• 4 – 6 classes: $115/class
• 7 – 9 classes: $105/class
• 10+ classes: $95/class

Example
* One child registers for a class each of the three weeks (total of three classes) – $130/class or $390 total
* A family of three children registers for three weeks of classes (total of nine classes) – $105/class or $945 total

Deposits and pre-registration - Pre-registration will be open April 26 through May 20. The $100 registration fee during this time period will hold a spot for your child for the 2019 Science and Arts Academy, and will allow you priority registration when classes are published later in May. A $25 service fee will be charged if registration is cancelled. The remainder is refundable. 

What we offer - Innovative engaging sessions, small class sizes, certificated teachers, breakfast/lunch and shuttle service from in-district locations. All registrants will also receive a Science & Arts Academy t-shirt.
