High School Program
Honors Courses
Honors courses are offered in grades 9-12. These courses provide acceleration, complexity, and depth with the intent of preparing those students who are college-bound who plan to enroll in our Advanced Placement (AP) Program.
Please contact your local high school for available courses.
Advanced Placement Program (AP)
The AP Program provides an opportunity for our students to pursue and receive credit for college-level work while still in high school. Sponsored by the College Board, the AP Program is based on the premise that college-level material can be taught successfully to able and well-prepared secondary school students.
More than 2,900 universities and colleges grant credit, advanced placement, or both to students who perform satisfactorily on the exams which are administered in May of each year and graded by the College Board.
