Elections and Running for Office

Elections are an important part of civic life. During each election cycle, registered voters have the opportunity to help shape their communities by voting on local, state, and national issues, including decisions that directly impact our schools.

How to Register to Vote

To participate in Washington State elections, you must be a registered voter. Registration can be done online, by mail, or in person. Information is available on the Snohomish County Elections website. Voter registration is available up to and including election day in Washington State (options vary by method and timing).

Full information about voting registration can be found on the Snohomish County website.
