Online Payments/TouchBase

The Snohomish School District uses TouchBase, a secure online payment system, to make it easy for families to pay school-related fees. Through TouchBase, you can conveniently pay for:

  • Student meal accounts
  • Athletic fees
  • Class and activity fees
  • Fines and other school expenses

In-person payments are also accepted at your school’s bookkeeping or main office, including cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.

TouchBase Login Options

Parent/Guardian Login

You will use your Skyward/Family Access login credentials as your login for TouchBase the first time you log in. Once logged in, you will be able to view and manage purchases for all students in your household.

  • Username: Same as your Skyward/Family Access username
  • Password: Same as your Skyward/Family Access password
  • You will then be prompted to create an account and set your password for TouchBase. This will become your TouchBase login credentials.

Note: Both the username and password are case sensitive (CaSe SeNsItiVe).

Student Login

Students can log in to view and make purchases for themselves only. Siblings in the household can only be viewed by a parent/guardian account.

  • Username: Student ID number (including the leading 0)
  • Password: Student last name with the first letter capitalized (capitalize additional letters accordingly, e.g. McDonald). 

Guest Login

This option is intended for extended family members, community members, or others who wish to make purchases or donations not connected to a student account.

If you have a student in the Snohomish School District, please use your parent/guardian login rather than creating a guest account.

  • Click on “Create Account" and follow the prompts.

Adding Funds to a Lunch Account

  1. Select your student from the main menu.
  2. Click on "Items at Student's School."
  3. Choose the "Food Service" category.
  4. Select a preset amount or enter your own payment amount.
  5. Click "Buy" to add to your cart.
  6. Add additional items and/or click "Checkout" in the upper right corner.
  7. Follow the prompts to enter your information and complete payment.

Payments made to a student's food service account will be reflected within 24 hours.

Shopping for Items

  1. Select which student you are shopping for from the main menu.
  2. Click on "Items at Student's School."
  3. Choose the category you'd like to shop in.
  4. Select items and click "Buy" to add to cart.
  5. You can add multiple items from different categories and for any of your students.

  6. When you are finished adding items, click "Checkout" in the upper right corner.
  7. Follow the prompts to enter your information and complete the payment.

Paying Fines

  1. Select your student from the main menu.
  2. Select "Pay Fines/Fees."
  3. Click on the item and add it to the cart. 
  4. Add additional items and/or click "Checkout" in the upper right corner.
  5. Follow the prompts to enter your information and complete payment.

If you have a fine for a textbook, please do not pay the fine online if you plan on returning it.
