Criteria: The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 191's Community Partipation Program is offering a total of four $2,500.00 scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Local 191's jurisdiction (Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Island, Okanogan, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish and Whatcom counties), who are pursuing a technical degree in a construction related field at a community or technical college.
