Free Covid-19 tests for the public-located in the GP lobby. 

The rapid tests come 2 to a box. The expiration date on the boxes is noted as 6/14/22, however, that expiration date has been extended to 9/13/22 per the federal government.

In addition, people who test + do not need to notify the school or district.

Those who test + for COVID-19 are asked self-report through one of the following DOH tools:

• Use the WANotify App to report positive result.
• Contact the DOH COVID-19 hotline at 1-800-525-0127, then press #, to report the positive result from an over-the-counter test.
